neways i just got in2 waves lik last year during skoo.. my friend told me to get a new hair style cuz my **** has always been cut low fade. I was debating over braids or curls or sumthin u know. B2K ish.. i backed out cuz i aint want dat and i wont look right wid braids.. u kno sum ppl dont look right wid braids and im one. So i asked him how 2 get waves and it took me 4eva to get here. Naw,, i aint concided bout my hair and takin pictures jus bcuz.. we formed a little team/clan on another forum and we bascially made a site bout waves and how 2 get dem.. since if u dont kno how 2 get waves.. u prob ask sum1 u kno or go online and search. Bascially, when u searched "how to get 360 waves" 8 months ago u would never find ANY site about african american waves.. so we made ah site. So all da pics i do is manily for dat website and my niccas ova @ dat hair forum..

were i was 6 me and my two other cousins made a bet to see who can get waves first.

1.Bald fades were played out, and since I had Wave son tha top neway...I was like he wut tha heck.
2.Also I wanted waves because....I mean why wouldn't you...you either got waves,or braids(or fro)...nothing else.....

I wanted waves because I thought they looked sick..especially after seeing how Nas rocked his joints in the "If I Ruled The World" video...Plus I got tired of the braids....plus chicks thought they looked good..so..you...KNOW!

my reasoning is similar to Rocawaves. If your ish is tight and your gear is fly, it just looks dope. It makes you look so clean, and I love getting the compliments. I spend a lot of money on gear, cologne, and time brushing.

i got into waves becuz my hair was very curly and thin, it had something to do with me bein mixed and my hair wa plane curly so i wanted to do something with it so i just began to brush
just a fingerful of dukes wave pomade helps the waves to start spinning

In the middle of summer vacation I was bored and my head was itchy so I started brushin 24/7..

The I started seeing lines and sh!t... dats when I was told by some b!tch it look good so I found dis site and started really wanting them ..
