hi i just wanted 2 c if anyone owns T3 Tourmaline Wet to Dry hair straighteners because i was considering buying them. I have very curly hair and i don't know if they would give me a very straight result and if they would cut my styling time with the ceramic straighteners i have at the moment. If anyone has this product could you tell me if it is a good buy??
love teresa

I own a ceramic/tourmaline straightener that is supposed to work on DAMP hair. 'Damp' being the key. Personally, I would not trust anything that claims to straighten hair with heat while wet. Just my $.02.

I'd be iffy about them too. Hair experts say not to put ANY iron on damp or wet hair because the resulting steam would make the hair shaft "explode".

I'm not saying that the iron would 'ruin' your hair, per se. I'm just saying that it doesn't sounds like a good idea to put hot ceramic on moist protein, y'know?

Go to Folica.com and check out what people there have to say about flat irons, it'll probably help you come to a good decision.
