theres a couple mines says to soften and shine but i saw that one but i idnt have a single wave yet so i dint but it and guess what they dont have any now does yours smell or look lemon flavored

Thanx. Mines says its to "enhance and hold existing waves" and "if u dont have waves first use Spartan Smooth Wave Texturizure".
