So I've heard good things about these types of hair, but I'm still unclear about their specifics.  Can someone please tell me which is human and which is synthetic, and can the synthetic be flat ironed?   Also, do they come in weft or bulk, and what is their longest (I'm looking for 18" and 22").  Where do I go to order these 3 brands?

Hey Bird,

Here's the deal:

Bohyme--human, available up to 22 on wefts, depending on texture and color; order from ebonyline.com.

WaWa--synthetic thermofiber, available from Vixenwigs on eBay, may be available up to 22, but again it depends on texture and color.

PlastikHaar--synthetic monofiber, available through plastikhaar.com/wholesale; available in 1 to 5 meter wefts and lengths of up to 48 in every color and texture.

All of these brands and companies are reputable, so it really depends on what category of hair you want and how much you want to spend. For the differences between human, monofiber, and thermofiber, I would recommend reading some of the posts from the past month or doing a few searches.

Good luck! :)

Yeah i agree with Jenny, as there are lots of people on this forum and they all favour different hairs for different reasons.  I think you should get some samples of each hair or look onto the extensions 101 thread at the top of the page and see what the individual companies say about there hair and choose one that suits you best.

xx

i think wawa is good for value but doesnt come in enough colours for me.

bohyme is my favourite. ivhad the same weft for ages and im just buying new stuff now cos i got sick of the colour .. rather than cos the hair has worn out.

i dont no what ph is like iv never tried it but i was thinking of i like how you can get a mixture of colours in yur weft... what ever colours y like
