around here. But yes, I believe you can use LG. Sherrie prefers Chrissy
V glue, but I think LG can also be used. :)

I'm holding out hope WaWa produces #8 - #22 colors and in the 24" length. As it stands, these 20" wefts are great news!
shadwo, I don't know about the glue as I've never tried what she's selling. You may want to ask her. As far as how many wefts go, you can buy one and see if the color is what you want but I believe two wefts would be in order for a nice, full, look.

From what Ive seen in synthetic wefts (so far) is that the weft is actually thinner and less hair than most human hair wefts that Ive used. So I would probably sew a few tracks together to at least double the tracks. Since this may make it a little heavier than human hair tracks, I think I would stick to LG. I personally think LG is a little stronger bond. I prefer the chrissyv, since its much easier to work with and a breeze to remove but the LG is a stronger bond IMO. This is just what Im thinking now...I havent tried it yet! I already ordered the 20 in bodywave thermal and cant wait to get it!
The glue Carol is selling is latex, I have never had much luck with latex lasting more than a few days.
Amm Im with you on those colors. I would love to see a #12 #14 #16 and #22 all which would work well with my hair!

That would be so awesome if it would retain the wave, which was what we were initially thinking with synthetic. We all thought that it wouldnt drop its curl. And so far is the only thing holding me back from using the PH. Since I wear ALOT of curl on a daily basis. I know Id trash the hair quicker than most!

oh im reeeeally tempted to buy 1 too but i think
the 27 in the 613 27 mix is too orangey more than blonde. any1 else
agree?
The 27 I got was more strawberry than blonde...but it deepened to a rich medium brown with the RIT dye.
FYI--when the sun came back up on the 27/613 that I dyed with the RIT,
the 613 portion looked a little olive-colored and I decided not to use
it.
I had this problem once when I used some OTC ash blonde hair color on
my pre-bleached hair. (Sally's could make a fortune off me if
they stayed open 24 hours--everything seems like such a better idea
'round midnight.)

I learned the hard way that with prebleached hair even brassy
prebleached hair either neutral or neutral ashy but not totally ashy
hair color is the only way to go if you don't want to end up green
colored.
What color RIT didyou use? I'd kinda like to try coloring some
wawa to achieve a brown with subtle red tones. Maybe get the #4
and use a reddish brown RIT. Or get the Dark Auburn and Color
with Brown.
I ordered 2 20" wefts from Vixen Wigs. I ordered the off black/plum mix and the #4. I think the mix of the almost black and brown will match my hair close enough.
Can't wait to get it!!!!

RIT's an all-purpose dye available in U.S. drugstores and supermarkets
that's used primarily to dye fabrics and for crafts projects. I imagine
there's some U.K. equivalent?

I am SO SO DIGGING having thermal synth around my face and on the sides of my head. . .!!! LOVE IT! In fact I'm going to take out the Human Hair I had put in. . .it really sucks in comparison to the synth!!
I just ordered a 20" wavy weft of the 27/613. . .Yippee!!
BTW: my 27/613 HotFusion mix is almost indistinguishable in color from my 18/22 in human from GlamourHair.

I used the tan liquid dye with just a *touch* of the dark brown to give it a "base."
The result was really nice, but still a little dark for my 18/22
natural hair, so I tried blending a few strands of the WaWa with the
blonde (human hair) tips I'd already made. It's a beautiful
blend, but I'm sorta holding my breath on how the WaWa and HH will
co-mingle (and hopefully not co-tangle). I'm putting these in
this week, so I'll let you know!

Fina, I have 2 bags of this - HSF french refined or wave - if you want some to play with. They're colors you'll never use (dark br and black/auburn zebra) nor probably will I, but I've been doing wash/curl/roller xperiments. Let me know if you or ANYONE wants a hunk.
So far, it totally does keep its texture, but it's that big hair volume thing, not wavy or curly. You could mix it with the straight to pump up the volume for that Big Texas Hair thing. It curls, too, but in the same way as HSF straight.
