I love cream of nature shampoo because it really does detangle my hair.  I wish the African American beauty supply store in Atlanta, GA carried the large size bottle.

Wow I had forgatten about this shampoo. I think is great. When you rinse, it feels like you already put conditioner in your hair. Maybe I should get a bottle. I think I'll do that this weekend. I love it. Leaves your hair super soft.

Well I think my hair would be extremely weighed down if I used that.  I'm finding I can't let my hair go as many days without washing but it's still a great product to try.  I do have to clarify every week to lessen the weigh down but otherwise I have no complaints.

I read about this in a magazine a few months ago and found it at my local target for less than two bucks so thought I'd give it a try.  It's a shampoo actually in the african american section and was concerned that it may be too heavy for my fine hair but surprisingly it isn't.  I got the regular detangling shampoo and it has made my hair softer than anything I've ever used-including all soft.  I still use a conditioner for my ends but I don't need as much.  Plus there's no ammonium or sodium sulfates in this but it seems to clean it.  Will update later after more uses.
