HOTDOG!.....

I still have your hair hotdog and it is like a horses tail.  I wouldnt have said anything about it on any boards if you gave me a refund but you choose to ignore me hense the persuit.  Im positive you sold me a bad batch of hair (which is currently being tested) but you would not help or assist me in any way which is why i am mad.  All suppliers from time to time may get bad batches and this is understandable but you would not help in any way.  Please respond to the legal letter i sent you (by mail)

p.s. i have only just started selling HH so its got nothing to do with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    and for the record if any customer has any problems with any of my products then i will be more than happy to help them (unlike some!

hotdog - Its normal to get defensive about our products.  However, and this applies to ALL human hair peroid, sometimes you get a bad batch.  Or she's used to a finer hair then you could provide.  diffrent people have diffrent opinions, and you hounding Shel like this doesnt look so good on your end.  The mature thing would be to say "Im sorry you didnt like our product" and move on.  We encourage people here to voice their likes and dislikes about products so we can all make better buying decisions.

[edit] P.S. Im not a big fan of human hair either, but again, diffrent people have diffrent opnions.

mtolady,

Don't forget the fact that most of hotdogs posts are ads!

someone once tied my shoelaces together and stole my trucks.

man, i feel like i'm back in grade school!

i left the bridezillas on the wedding/newlywed board for this?

i think we just had a rather lengthy discussion on confronting suppliers when the customer has an unpleasant experience....think maybe you folks can find another boxing ring in which to spar?

geez at least contain it to one thread so you can duke it out and it can be deleted after the p*ssing match is over and the rest of us can continue reading through threads without the whole drama thing.

shel has been quite helpful and it's rather interesting that a brand new member with 12 posts all have something quite negative directed to her.  If there's a beef....air the dirty laundry and let's move on!

I've tried Racoon hair once and I found that it was too heavy.  I prefer to work with finer human hair, especially *********.  I ****l this hair to a ********** there gets £1,000 per head, so I know the hair must be good quality because she buys so much of it!!!

However, ******* is telling everyone that my human hair is rubbish.  I don't know why, I don't even know her.  At the end of the day, all I can say is that it must be ******, because ****** sells human hair as well.

I sell a lot of human hair, with no complaints, please look at my feedback for proof of my honesty.

thanks metalgirl.  I have only ever done 1 customer with the Raccoon euro hair and i saw her today and she loves it.  She says theres virtually no shedding and  it still looks full after 4 months.  Its not very shiney though but then it was blonde she had though.

Extensions Plus European hair stays silky for 1-2 years.  It's expensive though.

...Hi im still searching for "THE" hair.  I love racoon but the prices are quite expensive and i like the bohyme hair but when washed it's sometimes a bit dry, frizzy.  Does anyone know of a silky seamless hair that is exactly that once washed (without having to use straighteners on it)....

thanks in advance.

xx
