I tried the intense moisture conditioner and shampoo. I loved them both. They made my hair slick and easy to comb through which is a plus for me? Tried Fructis??

I use Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner with Wonder 8 Hot Oil. I sit under the dryer for about 30 minutes then let it remain for another 30 minutes w/o heat.
Motions Moisture Plus with Wonder 8 hot oil treatment & sit under dryer for 30. I also let the conditioner & hot oil remain on my hair for an extra 30-45 minutes more.
I use Lekair Cholesterol & sometimes Queen Helene Cholesterol, I may try LustraSilk Cholesterol sooner or later. I deep condition w/heat usually for about 20-30 mins.
A big staple for me now too is Neutrogena Deep Recovery Mask. A great product, hands down!! Anyone who hasn't tried it should give it a shot at least once!!!

I use Mane n Tail Deep Moisturizing conditioner and Africa's Best Hair Mayo. I leave each in for 20 minutes and they make my hair incredibly soft. The mayo is great for stopping breakage. I dont use heat when i condition but instead I just put a plastic cap on my head and cover up with a towel.

I deep condition with two parts john frieda moisturizer and one part extra virgin olive oil, and i try to use my hooded dryer with it each time (usually 20-30 minutes...but only on the medium or low setting which is enough)...
i deep condition once a week, at the v. least once in two weeks, and it works for my hair. i prefer using the hood because it seems my hair retains its softness longer when i use it, and the conditioner actually penetrates the hair shaft.
