um.... not really.   Most African hair is naturally curly...
However you CAN define curls with curl serum and use a diffuser.. but unless you want to get a curly perm,you're outta luck.  
If you want temporary curls, you can use any setting lotion and twist or braid your hair into plaits, let it dry and take it out. You can also do a straw set or a bantu knot set to get curls.  Hope this helps
