She looks really washed out and lined though I'm sure that has nothing
to do with the hair. The hair however looks a bit cottonwoolish around the leftover blonde. Maybe
she should get rid of a bit of the blonde and grow it out a bit more. It could be nice but isn't right now.

Well I'm not going to get attached to this look. She lets it grow then chops it. We shall see how long it lasts.

Not a great pic, but I like the colour choice(if only for the sake of change). I tend to prefer blonder shades on her,but this is not bad either. I like the length. I've never seen a short look on her that I thought did her justice.

You're totally right, the second hairstyle is way better. I'm a stylist and am doing that finish on everybody with long hair these days. I'm totally tired of bone straight hair. Time to give the flat iron a rest!!!

So hairstylists' moods control hairstyle trends? That's weak. How about what guys like? That should count for something. Long, straight hair rocks -- and always will rock, no matter how "totally tired" hairstylists get. And long straight hair totally works for Faith Hill:
Well The Blond look is the one I have seen her with for a long time. It's going to take some time to like it brown. I'm glad it's long.

I totally apologize for offending kramer, but to be honest, aside from what guys like, which is probably most influential, hairdressers do put the new styles out there. It's not that straight hair isn't great, it's just that it's been in fashion for so long that people want to try something new.
I totally agree that faith hill is beautiful regardless of her hairstyle.
