ok I made this little tutorial to better help you.Once you've done it you'll be like that was so easy.I did the same thing.Alright, dont make fun of my drawings. Look at figure number one. There's the clips just string the thread through the holes hold like an inch out while you loop the rest a few times. Now,Look at figure two.Its supposed to be a weft the black bar is where its tied.Just place the clips flush against the top of the weft like in the crappy picture And loop it through .I like to knot it on the side that will be hidden.Alright one last diagram just to make sure.Like I've said its hard to just tell someone how to do something.#3.The black bar symbolizes the weft and the grey peice is of course the clip. The red is the string.Hold one peice of string(either ones fine.)And wrap the other string through the hole of the string being held down.Just loop it through until it feels tight and secure. Then tie your to ends of string together.

oh I'm confused .Do you mean the wefts is super short.Like shorter than the clips. Is it an issue of the clip being taller than the peice you attach it to.Cause the clip will stick out above the top of the weft?

I understand. But If its really a case of tallness the holes are lined up so you can attach the clip near its top.Yes it will stick out a little over the top but believe me it shouldnt affect the way it looks.Your hair on topwill be covering the clipped parts. But then again maybe you got sent extra large clips or something.A stylist isnt a bad idea if thats what you want.I have heard bonded wefts are pretty cheap.I hope you dont take these replies wrong.I really am just trying to be helpful i hope you get your hair in soon.

also you can put several layers on weft one set of clips.  you want the lowest layer underneath.  I make mine with four layers and do my threading slightly differently.  But longairs method looks just as good though it requires more holes per layer if that makes ense...

Oh that clears up alot of things for me.I used  bss human and it was machine wefted so the top was really thick.Yeah mocha's idea is perfect for what you have.Plus it will probably look even better with the smaller wefts sewn together like that rather than one thick topped thin number like I had, lol.Cool

I did have a set of nice clip in extensions once that a friend gave me.They were my first extensions. But I think they were raquel welch. Plus I have heard good things about those extensions. They are pretty expensive though. The hair from those clip ins I had was wonderful.I didnt have any concept of good and bad hair at the time. But now I know It was great hair.I even dyed it lightened it and dyed it again.I'd probably still have them if I had not been so stupid about how I took care of them.
