Who has the best hair?

Personaly I am a fan of Lindsey Lohans long and red hair, and Angelina Jolies darkbrown hair. Im not a fan of the blondes (don't hit me now )

Im don't know whom I would say has the best hair ever though..

Wow! Raquel Welch did have nice hair when it was there! Brigette looks like she's on peroxide over-kill there but usually she's lovely and Diane's is great beause it's still her own colour!

Her hair is real, now, about as often as Dolly Parton's is :-P .  I dunno if that's a sign of baldness or being a walking billboard for one's wig designs, though.

She's one of very few women, in my opinion, who can look equally hot either way.  A lot of other actresses don't even get a second glance from me if their hair gets long :-P .  I guess that makes her special?
