Well I've won the auction so I'll let you know, steam rollers won't damage the plastikhaar will they?  Where would I get velvet from?

I got my Babyliss Trevor Sorbie session rollers from Boots. They are
excellent.

The steam is perfectly safe for synth, but I didn't have much luck creating a lasting or consistent curl with them. I much prefer the velvet covered hot rollers. :)
