oOo its nice 2 know some1 here has done it with success... Ive been getting my research on cleansing and fasting and stuff off of Curezone.com~Jenny, great place for seeing absolutely EVERYTHING u want 2 know on cleansing detoxing fasting and w/e else =)
I just wanted 2 know if any of u have tried it b4 I might start on my own =)
oOo also if the website and forums dont have what u r looking 4 u can post a question =)
Yeah, I've done it and it is great, but you have to be super disciplined about how you exit the fast (re-introducing food) because if you don't do it gently it jacks up your stomach. I'd buy a book or find a website with detailed instructions.
I have a Champion vegetable juicer, the the way. It rocks. I had a carrot and beet juice this morning to prepare myself for the damage I'll do tonight... with Cosmopolitans.

lol idk much about it either but ppl are sayin its a way to make your body just "like-new" by getting rid of all the toxins and crap in your body by drinking juice made from raw fruits and veggies instead of eating the foods solid so your digestive system or w/e has more time adn energy to repair your body blah blah goes on 4ever =P anyway its said to be a "natural cleansing process" that works wonders just wanted 2 c if any1 tried this b4 and get their opinions cuz im kinda skeptical if it rly works or not =) who knowz

Hey Gina you are correct!! THat is what i do! It's hard at
first...but you get used to it..! If you need some ideas for
small snacks try the 100 Calorie Packs.. They are great!! Or there is i
think Yoplait it is called has the 100 calorie yogurts and they are
really good too! Also fruit is a great alternative to junk
food..seriously~! i am in love with apples and strawberries and
grapes!! very low calories too!
Kalika: Please post pics i really want to see!!! i hate to pay $40 for something that wont work!! pics pics pics!
Jenny: Thanks you are soo sweet..yes i am very hesitant to get plastic
surgeery...i want to stay as natural as possible!! :-) I tried
the like lip gloss lip plumpers before and it doesnt really do too
much..not enough tto notice atleast..but i am really curious about the
little lip plumper machine thingy or vacuum or whatever it is!!
Scotchyroo: LOL about the first wives club..her lips were hug...didnt really like them..def dont want mine to look like that..
PLEASE post pics of the Lip Plumper thing though so i can see!!! :-)
This is the best "diet" advice I was ever given...although it's not a diet, just a change in how you eat.
First off...we all know what foods we should eat and which ones we shouldn't. So, you take a daily caloric intake which is best suited for your body and your lifestyle (Generally, between 1800 and 2000 calories) Then, instead of eating three balanced meals a day...you divide your calories into 5-6 smaller meals (two of which are mid-meal snacks)You will be eating about every 2.5-3 hours. Eating this way will allow your metabolism speed up , rather than your body hording all the calories/fat from the three meals a day.
I won't lie...It's hard at first, You will still be hungry. Your body will need time to adjust to smaller portions rather than eating untill you're full. However, after a few weeks your body will let you know it's been 2.5-3 hours...like clockwork! I also think it's a good idea to write everything down at first. Plan ahead, too. Always have a little snack with you so incase youre out and about...you can still stay on you routine.
And...we can't forget the obvious...exercise!

I am prepared to be very excited about the lip pumper. I was just about to go around the bay to get injections. Thin lips make you look so Old..... but then I don't want to look like Goldie Hawn in "The First Wives Club." Ahem.
Aha! I just checked out the lip plumper link, and I had assumed it was
just one of those gels (which I have used), but this is a horse of a
different color....
I'm dying to see pics! :)

Erin: I think you're wise not to get plastic surgery for the lips.
First off, you're drop-dead gorgeous. And second, without knowing much
about it, I've seen lots of scary pictures of celebrities with their
bumpy fish mouths (whether they used collagen or fat grafting, I have
no idea, but the results aren't good--think Melanie Griffith, Meg Ryan,
Heidi Fleiss, and so on). I've used those lip plumpers myself and they
won't completely change your look or anything, but they do help.
And yeah, I think we should have some sort of O/T area for our group, for dieting, cosmetic surgery, beauty, and so forth.
