So I was going to buy my premade clip ins there. But I wasnt sure what set to get.this was the email.it took awhile to get this reply too. But thats not a big deal since i figured they were busy.

 Hello,

The is on regular weft and is Non remi Indian hair.  Please do understand
all sales are final. Since you are unsure maybe you should buy hair you are
familiar with and sew clips on them yourself. Our website shows what sizes
you do get, we do not sell it by the weight.

thanks

Subject: clip ins

Hi I'm interested in the 22" clip ins by instant hair.I've worn  clip ins so
I know how they work and about quality and such.I am interested in this
brand because of the extra length. But On the site it says no refunds or
exchanges.I would be really upset if I paid this much and got hair I
hated. So my question is how is the quality.I dont want to the wefts to be
thin as I'm adding some length. How is the hair is it more like hollywood by
royal imex or more like bohyme? this is really important.
Please be honest if I decide not to get these I'll end up spending more for
higher quality. But I'm looking for the best deal on this length.

thanks shawna sherven

Is it just me or did it seem like they didnt really want to help me at all? This is upsetting since I had heard many good things about Glamourhair.Well their lax attitude has just lost them another potential customer.

I just tried to order from them using my boyfriends card and they said they were going to ship UPS with signature verification and he must show his ID.  I explained to them that he works during the day and I wanted to have it shipped to me(like the order stated).  I guess they think I stole someone's wallet.  Which doesn't make since because we live together(same address)

But I guess they were suspicious because I messed up the credit card info with the first order and I used a different card to order again.

Talk about disappointed.  I don't have a C.C. and we are getting married the end of July plus they advertised free shipping which it wasn't going to be.   They advertise Paypal on their site but it's not listed as an option to pay, if that were the case I wouldn't have had a problem paying for the items with my own information. So I am left to order from SuperHairFactory, which isn't a problem as long as they don't mind shipping to me because it isn't my CC.

I think people are less helpful over the internet because of the non face to face sell.

GH hasn't been getting rave reviews over their service lately. On the YTF board, a girl made an order and paid for priority shipping. She got an email back that they didn't have the color she ordered so she requested a refund. GH told her no, pick another color. Well, what could she do? She picked another color and then was told there would be a delay in shipping while GH waited for that hair to come in. The girl had to wait and STILL was out priority shipping.

This kind of treatment bites a company on the @ss because these stories spread through the hair community.

My last experience with GH was after I wrote to that gal about a batch of French Refined I had received that wasn't up to snuff, I got a response that accused me of not treating the hair correctly.

I won't disclose the back and froths and frankly, I'm surprised she engaged me in such an exchange but I never asked for a refund and was only trying to tell her about the condition of the hair. It finally got to the point where I had to write in all caps to her and say...

LISTEN, I DON'T WANT A REFUND, I'M JUST TELLING YOU ABOUT THE HAIR SO YOU'LL KNOW!

When I got the kiss off and a "OK, thanks. Buh-bye now" type response from her, I scratched GH off my list.

Besides, afrocare.com sells the same hand-tied Straight Silky as her for $80 less for a 4 oz weft. AND they wrote to me personally and told me that they had even MORE colors in that hair that weren't even listed on the site and to just let them know what I wanted. GH never gave me such personalized service.

PS - Maybe someone can tell me why Glamour Hair charges $23 shipping for a 4 oz weft when priority flat rate is only $3.85?

Screw them.

GH 24" Silky Straight hand-tied is $179 + $23 shipping.

Afrocare 24" of the same is $100 + $8.55 shipping to US.

Some of the YTF girls have noticed a difference in the GH silky straight lately so someone may be changing vendors or there's some inconsistency in batches but it's the same hair and afrocare matches my GH color ring perfectly.

Amm- specifically which product on Afrocare's site are you referring to? They have a lot of different qualities there, so I don't want to be looking at the wrong one. But $100 for good-quality 24" is a great deal!

Yeah i was pretty disappointed. You would think they would have wanted to help me out a little more considering I wanted to buy from them.Do they run off all potential customers like this? Keep in mind this was actually the second email I sent them too.Whats going on with them. This is no way to do business. All the good feedback they got previously is fastly being ruined
