Hey, if any of the stylists have a minute, check out the Jlo Jessica Simpson thread on the Celebrity Hair board.  She went to Rita Hazen and had an interesting experience.  I'd love for some of the pros here to weigh in.

all i can say is WOW on both ends and on all the responses.

I have personally refused to do clients for a few reasons,

hair would not take what they wanted and i very professionally and politely told them i was concerned about the integrity of their hair,

also if someone comes in and acts like i am some loley, low life hair dresser pion, like i am there servant and they can order me around. i have since learned the hard way to very nicley let them know this relationship might not work and i can refer them elsewhere.

on the blondes case, i feel she was not treated very niceley.

Celebrity stylist WHATEVER. That Rita is just one botched job away from obscurity, so let's just keep our fingers crossed. Better yet, someone go and booby trap her peroxide bottle - put lye in it or something. Beeotch.
