are the spartan wave cap....holding cream....and wave spray good for gettting waves?? or does it  hurt me in the long run?

I like their products a lot. Their du-rag is one of my favorites, I haven't tried their wave spray, and their wave cream is very good. I think the wave cream is the best seller of the the three, I went to 2 hair spots yesterday and at both places it was SOLDOUT.

Yea, I've heard good things about Spartan, but I have not used it myself.

Spartan wave products are good just use it the way you would use it with any pomade in your method I like it cus it dont leave your hands all sticky. I just never tried the spray and du rag.

sparton waves does not make waves it hold it down if you dont have wave or a rookie dont use itbut if you do use it
