I am so lost about what to do with it. Its up to my shoulders now. I'm gonna colour and cut it tomorrow. nyone have any ideas?

Picture was hard to tell exactly what your hair looks like.  But from what I could tell, I think you could go something around shoulder length with lots of layers and I would suggest some short bangs pushed to the side. (my 2 cents worth)

I think maybe the color should be a chestnut brown-and then get some golden in there. Don't go overboard on the gold, though-my friend did that once and she had yellow streaks in her hair ((against dark black hair!!)) it looked nasty!
