Nothing can make your hair grow faster. Hair grows about 1/2 inch per month. The only thing is to keep your hair healthy so it doesn't break off or develop split ends. You can do this by eating a balanced diet, exercising (by skating, LOL. I guess you can say that skating will help your hair grow) because exercise increases circulation, and being stress-free. Hair grows faster in the summer than it does in the colder seasons.
I agree with Anais, there is nothing you can do to have long hair fast. You have to take care of it and have patience. If you want tips on growing long hair, check out the long hair board.
But if you are desperate to have long hair fast you can alway get hair extensions
