It depends on how low you get your hair cut, if you get your hair cut really close then use a soft or medium brush. I don't cut my hair cut low, I cut it to about 1/2 inch and let it grow to about a full inch.

man if u use a hard brush after a haircut i feel sorry for you i suggest you use that soft brush so you dont hurt yourself
