I use Lustrasilk Cholesterol With Aleo Vera, and leave it in anywhere from 10- 40 Minutes.

Motions CPR, Motions Silk Protein, Motions Moisture Plus, Profective Growth Masque

When I deep condition I usually use heat 15-30 min.  If I don't use heat I'll let it stay in longer 30 min-1hr

I use Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner with Wonder 8 Hot Oil. I sit under the dryer for about 30 minutes then let it remain for another 30 minutes w/o heat.

I tried the intense moisture conditioner and shampoo.  I loved them both. They made my hair slick and easy to comb through which is a plus for me?  Tried Fructis??
