I hear people on the forum saying they brush their hair like 1hour to 11/2 hours a day. Do they brush their hair for 1 hour straight or at different times of the day

I use 2 brushes and brush at least 90minutes straight(usually at night).

brush whenever i do my meth..which is once a day so i brush like 10mins a day now n durag for the rest..if u still startin i say brush like 30-45mins a day..dry too not wet..too much brushin wet will thin ya hair cuz its too weak n u pull it too much

ya when i started i brushed in the shower a lot wit a hard brush..... mistake... pull ya hair out. jus soft brush it when u got time or watchin tv... maybe 30 minutes a day

when the NBA games was on i just kept brushing till halftime...but now i just brush when im on the comp or watching tv

^I do the same thing, except for brushing while on the computer<----maybe we should add that to the 360 Ways to know u went to far with waves  sike i'm just playing.

My meth

1. brush hair in shower the same way you normaly do top-straight sides-angle and back-down.

2. Then dry ur hair the same way u brushed but dont let it dry all da way.

3. Brush ur hair till it dries. about 15-20 min

4. put in some activator to help develope ur waves more or to start.

5. Then brush for 15-20 min

6. Then put in what ever pomade u want and brush for 20 -30 min

7.Do this every other day to keep ur hair healthy. Like today is wednesday u wash today not thursday but u wash on friday. On da days u dont wash you brush when du rag or wave cap is not on and when u have ur du rag on take it off for air and brush it for like 20-40 min. 

If you dedicate ur time to dis meth u should see results in 2-3 weeks depending on how short ur hair is. Also never give up you have to always be patient.
