As far as "father daughter braids" I figure both Ellen and I can each wear our hair in one braid down the back...kinda like ALL those clothing magazines that have mother/daughter mother/son and father son matching clothing outfits...

Thanks for the suggestion as well.

Hey, good to hear that you are growing your hair together, I`ve only just decided to grow mine, so it`s still really really short.

Anyway, I recon that you should just help each other take care of your hair, brush each others, that sort of thing, make daily hair brushing a family experiance. That`s about all I can think of at the moment.

Oh, by the way, what exactly do you mean by "Father daughter braids", sounds like fun ;)

I have read posts talking about Mothers growing their sons hair long, people asking questions about their own hair. I`ve even read one about roommates growing theirs long together -- but I was wondering if there were any husband/wife boyfriend/girlfriend, guy/girl teams out there. My beautiful wife Jen ((everyone`s wife is beautiful), heck ever woman is beautiful in here own way))...Anyhow Jen decided she`d like to make another donation to locks of love so is growing her hair again I have been growing mine for the past 2.5 years...

As I was saying my wife and I have decided to grow ours long together....It is really a family affair as our 10 year old Ellen is growing her`s long again too. For now El and I can have matching Father daughter braids...

I am posting here to see if anyone has suggestions on the best way to share the experience as a family and help each other "stay the course" if that is his or her personal choice.
