For any blondes out there with swimmers green hair....  I was recently told about a home remedy to get rid of this.  Dissolve a handful of aspirin into a cup or two of warm water.  Then pour onto wet hair and massage in like you would a shampoo.  Rinse and condition as usual.  Works well.  Can also be used on dark hair.
it takes a steady hand to hold a full cup

Did this remedy come from the same source as the one that had you apply that mixture of mayonnaise and eggs to your hair, heat it and let it dry?

Aspirin is quite acidic. It might very well damage the hair. I suggest a gentle shampoo.
