I have fine, not too thick, not too thin hair that I`m letting grow out/long. I`ve never been one to take good care of my hair (didn`t know how I guess). Now that it gets longer by the day I`d like to know what kind of shampoo/conditioner combination I should use, if I should take any hair-strenghtening pills, etc. Also, I`m a little worried because my hair is falling out a bit more than usual. Is this just a springtime issue? Should I worry? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much.

You need to just try different products. Everyones hair is different.... you need to find the product that works for *you*!
