Phew!! Thanks ladies! When it comes to relaxing I always try to get a second opinion! My sister is putting it in for me (fingers crossed!!)

And thanks for the luck!! Today I ran around like a maniac getting last minute things taken care of! I think I will post pictures of the show (And my new growth) for you. Thanks so much!!

I agree w/ the ladies, it should be fine to relax since you washed on Tuesday. Also, I'd be sure to base the scalp even if you haven't scratched- just due to the manipulation to your scalp during your wash (as little as it may have been). Good luck w/ your art show!!

I think it is ok..funny but when I relaxed I found a cleaner scalp burned less...maybe because it was less itchy and scaly...a co-wash is not harsh and some people even rinse their hair b4 relaxing so you should be fine...goodluck!

I agree w/ Cmesweet. It's okay to wash ur hair at least two or more days before a relaxer. I've heard to never wash the day before or put any products on it, but be sure to base it when u relax. Have fun! And good blessings at the art show!

I don't see a problem with your relaxing tonight. Make sure to base the scalp even tho you didn't scratch it.

Ok, my art show is this weekend and I have to relax my hair. I have about 2 inches of new growth that doesn't want to cooperate. I washed did a quick condition wash on Tuesday. Is it alright to relax tonight? Tomorrow is going to be to hectic to. I haven't scratched my scalp or anything.
