I am just wondering if the hair is high-quality enough.

I hear it is, but who knows..??

We have a resident Mark Barrington expert. She has nothing but high praise for the hair and the method.

I guess I would be the resident Mark Barrington expert, huh?

Mark will make his patented 'perma plugs' out of any hair that you send him.  He usually uses Extensions Plus hair, which is excellent quality.

I have in the past sent him wefts of Bohyme to make into perma plugs.  I know just recently Save a Stray sent him some prohair to make into perma plugs.
