hey ,, this really helps me avoid tangles when
washing my hair,,, apply condit b4 u shampoo and
then,, when condiitoning after,, apply conditioner
when hair is soaking wet and use a large amount,,
when i do this i dont even have to comb ,, the hair
does not tangle and I can avoid damaging combing
when the hair is wet which causes lots of
breakage!!u can just use a cheapy conditoner like
vo5 for this,,just load it on soaking wet hair and even
add water to it then rinse carefully in a downward
motion,, my hair just slips when i do this....
Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED
i actually have done both depending on how dry my
hair is that week,, if ur hair is very tangle prone then
definitely leave it in

I do this method also. It works awsome. I usually use some cholesterol or hair mayo before I shampoo. I used cholesterol and Dove conditioner for a "no poo" yesterday and it worked great.
