Hey guys.. I was wondering because I just started
using a shampoo that doesnt contain sodium
lauyrl/laureth or ammonium sulfates( I hear they are
very drying and cheap and are just detergents) and I
was wondering if anyone is using such a shampoo,,
if u are using something like creme of nature or triple
moisture ,, do these things really clean the residue
off the hair ???,, I dont want to start using something
that will end up leaving lots of buildup in my hair, so
far tho its making my hair so shiny and soft and
cleans well tho ive only used it twice.... holla back on
this

Yeah I use the CON green label as my regular shampoo and once a month I'll use an SLS shampoo to clarify.  Its really not needed any more than that for me

Hi Peeps ...

I am trying to get my hair back in great shape.  I suffered some breakage  and now I am rebuilding .  I have very soft hair.  Has anyone tried the Hairtopia Vitamin Regimen (product) offered for purchase through hairboutique.com?

I am open to any suggestions....and I have read many of your posts already....thanks!

I tried the GNC hair vitamins and they made me
feel quite sluggish,, my face blew up with water
retention and i was peeing so so much and i took
and stopped them at least 2 months ago and my
poor face is still breaking out,, im worried that it
might still be in my system!! be careful what u take
and make sure that after a week ur not feeling weird!!
i guess not everyone has bad reactions to it .......I've
also read that no vitamin can possibly go to you
scalp,, it would never actually get into the hair,, all the
keratin and amino acids we need for our hair is
already there and the supplements just come out
thru the kidneys,, which would explain the excessive
peeing!!!!

Yeah, just do like Sistaslick and clarify every once in a while. You can even use Apple Cider Vinegar to clarify if you don't want to get a clarifying shampoo.
