Yeah their shrinkies have glue. They work ok,but I prefer amms shrinkies myself.

LauraR:I cant beleive some of the price differences. They dropped the heat wand more than $20.Plus they have a whole new line of stuff.

I know! and the shrinkies dropped by about $20 too! and they added black ones.

Could this have to do with the competition, hmmm

I think a few people said that amm's are more consistent

Yes, I agree...they are more consistent.

Shrinkies.net has made a more competitive market.

Good to see Docs will be offering Dreadperm videos

I started wearing shrinkies when they first came out and loved them
so much. Unfortunately, like most, I was held hostage by those
tremendous prices. I never got motivated to do anything about it
until a few more competitors came along with shrinkies and NOBODY
was getting the cost down to an afforable level for DIY.

It's always nice to see prices come down on things we use. The
wand? Well, we did our homework on that one and found out what
they really cost so I'm not surprised to see them drop it $30. Wands
for $99 each is just not what the market is dictating.

The bad part right now is that the dollar weakened in China so
they're starting to jack the prices up on the buyers on everything.
We'll see how long the hair industry can suck it up before prices
creep back up again.

That's great they lowered the prices...but why do they have to do it after I buy the wand?

I noticed that doctored locks arent the only ones to update their sites.Alot of sites who have been talked about before have redone their sites.Alot of them are carrying a wider variety of items.I never realized how much influence this board has.
