Hey cheekyfa1, I use NTM shampoo and conditioner. here is my resluts usuing these products:

Shampoo:

1. cleaned my hair thoroughly.

2. smoothed my ragged hairline lol

3. defined my waves

4.did NOT weigh my hair down

5. made my newgrowth nice and detangled along with the rest of my hair.

Okay when you wash with the shampoo you will think that it is not VERY moisturizing but it is trust me. your ends will feel nice and soft and also smooth.

Conditioner:

1.Best conditioner I every used, softened detangles and smooth down my hair, LOVE it.

I used to think that NTM shampoo wasn't moisturising cause I previously used creme of nature, and that stuff COATED my hair SO much, I just naturally assumed ALL shampoos were like that, I was definately wrong. The shampoo is great, and the frangrance is 100 times better then CON. Also  one last thing NTM shampoo and conditioner left my hair shiner, NOT feeling weighted down, cleaner, smoother, and most importantly soft when air dried or blow dried, my hair felt like butter, and the ends and edges were so smooth.

Thanks for the replies. I have been searching for a good product line and I've read so many different reviews for it. Good and Bad from people with all different hair types. I guess I'll never know if I don't try so maybe I'll give it a shot. I'm 4a and 3c in some areas so maybe I'll have success with these products.

I absolutely LOVE the Deep Recovery Mask. I use it alot and my hair always feels so soft afterwards. I've tried the leave-in and it was ok. I haven't tried the rest but I've heard good about it all.
