HELP ME IM ORANGE! PICS!!!!!

1. i had old dark reddish brown dyed hair (my natural hair is dark brown) and decided to go blonde.
2. i went to the drug store and bought a bleach kit. applyed it and left me with orange hair. no biggy i new it was going to happen. stylists have always told me you cant go platinum in one step.
3. so then the next day i added a toner i also purchased at a drug store. it didnt do anything and was a waste of money.
4. the next day i bought some hair dye by fructis that said xl blonde that said contained low amonia. it didnt say bleach so i used it. once again it didnt do anything! by this time my scalp kind of stung but not alot.
5. after like an hour, i bleached it again with feria bleach and it turned down the orange somewhat but still left it with warm tones of orange golden blonde. (during the bleaching my scalp stung a little more then before but i survived it.)
6. the next day or after 2 days i dont remember, but anyways i bought excellence blondissim the lighter you can go without bleaching in extra light ash blonde. it toned down the reds and you could tell but it still wasnt ash blonde like i wanted.
7. it is now a mild golden blonde and im ok with it but the problem is, i just put hair extensions in (they are ash blonde with platinum highlights) and as you may imagine, it looks weird because my hair doesnt really match lol. 

now my question is, can anyone tell me what i can do to get rid of the reds, oranges, yellows? is their any really good toner you can recommend me. i dont want to re-bleach due to horror storys i just read on the bloopers board of peoples hair falling out by clumps because too much bleach. one thing for sure, i dont recommend anyone going red head if they ever want to be blonde one day =x the red is a biiiiittcc**** i wont say it lol. i have been deep conditioning my hair because all those changes happend in the time of just 1 week. the deep conditioner is working good it leaves my hair soft. so please help a girl in need. i want to be light ash blonde!
