Shel~ This is not a GL unit…..
To answer your other Q, I did ask about minimums on previous
emails and he did not state there were any. I think you can just
order what you want…I would email him first before you order
just to double check.
this is another update from Mr Liu on the black box
connector………
The black box..."connector: it is a type of
hair connector machine with digital temperature control, easy
control and safe. I attach a whole picture of its , please you see
attachment.
******If anyone wants a close up view of the actual connector
(as I am unable to get Images posted) you can send me a PM
with your email addy and I will send it to you. It gives a great
view of the attachment iron itself at a different angle********
Izabella~ I have never seen the Hairloc or Dinkie Link shells. I
do have Pro Tubes and they are copper tubes , pretty thin and
do not seem to have too sharp edges on them. He has a few
types of micro rings…which ones did you order in S? I sent Mr
Liu a few emails to try and find out if he does have Pro Tubes.
Here is his responses…..(All Mr Liu’s responses in orange)
Marie~ Looks promising....
Thanks for your information and inquiry,
"Pro Tubes"--------it is our a type of micro ring" , size: 3.0mm*
6.0mm . prices : 1000units/1 bottle--------15$/1 bottle.
if you need , we will supply you.
After I got this email from Mr Liu, I sent him an actual picture of
the Pro Tubes and told him they are about 6mm in length and
come in 2.5mm and 3mm wide. I wanted to clarify this was the
same product and if he offered both sizes. This was his
response……
It is our one type of micro ring, made with
copper, if the end flare, we call " flare micro ring"
size: dia--3.0mm length---6.0mm or 6.8mm
We have the two tpye size products.
Although he says $15 here for 1000, but if you look in my very
first post it says $12 for 1000 flare micro rings??? I asked him to
send me a picture of the “flare micro rings” and what colors he
has…..will let you all know as soon as I get a response. I'm not
100% that they are the hairpiece ones quite yet.

I have ordered the "shell Microrings" for 12$ and I got the same as dinkies and hairlocs.
Are the protubes a little bit thicker? Do they have the sharp end, or are they just a tube?
The hairlocs/flare Microrings have the sharp ends, and I don't like that....Lot of my ebayer love them....They are really thin, but last time Liu told me he can deliver also small size. I got the normal size I wanted to have them in a smaller diameter, he said he can produce... (grrrrrr)
Here are the dinkie links or I call it in my shop Micro Tubes
And they are made of copper... So I dont know about turning green on blonde hair...
Pro tubes seem just a bit harder or thicker they are not copper which is why they are thicker( copper is very thin). I have just been closing them flat with the pro tool I got from HP and they stay great. I think the crimping causes a bit more damage. Plus they feel less noticble flat. The ones from Hair Extend are the same as Pro fom HP but Price is not H E is 100 for $20 and H P is 250 for $40. But the price on this site WOW !!!!!

Izabella~Oh, the flare micro rings have sharp edges....then I
don't want that!! I think he doesn't have Pro Tubes then. I asked
if he had the 2.5mm ones, he said he has the smaller ones...but
after reading your post I'm not so sure. I ended up asking him
for a picture, that's the only way to tell if they are the Hairpiece
Pro Tubes. They are pretty thin and are just a long tube. I really
don't think the edges are sharp on Pro Tubes. I really like how
flat they lay....they remind me of a colored "Mark Barrington
Shrink Link" when flattened. I have the 2.5mm (wide) and they
are about 6mm (length). They are made of copper according to
the HP site.
Marie~ Has the Pro Tubes changed your clients hair color at
all...in the blondes?
Izabella take a look at the Pro Tubes here.......do you think Mr
Liu has them?
http://www.hairpiece.com/
Pro tubes are not copper scratch them they any the color of steal. So no they never turn green. This is for both tubes from HP and hair extend. I don't think that they eaven know what they have If you say are they copper they just say yes thinking this is what you want
On hairhumanhair there is no minimum order. But you have to order 1000 Microrings or Tubes... You can order hair how much you want, and for all other accessiores there is no minimum.
But they made some mistakes with my last orders.
The Microrings were dark brown instead of light brown, small Microrings each glass 200 pieces were missing...
And the needles, oh my god, the needle fell out of the holder...
This time, I ordered some new pliers for microrings, the last ones, the pliers were so sharp, that they damaged the microrings...
This time it is okay, but I am still looking for a faster supplier...

LOL.... Marie, this is funny......Okay, so I just call HP and said
that I have a client who is allergic to copper and I need to
double check that the Pro Tubes are made of copper, as I
heard they maybe weren't. The guy who answered
said...."huh,....well....they are not really copper...really, they are
an alloy of sorts, they are a compound of different alloys you
know". (heehee). So I said that he needs to be sure as I don't
want my client getting a reaction......he puts me on hold!!!
Comes back and said ..."oh, you were asking about Pro Tubes
right..? .....they are definitely copper....don't use them if your
client is allergic to copper"
Hey Sas, I just went up and scratched the tubes! My mistake HP are copper !!I have only bought these once I thought they were just like my tubes from hair extend but they are not .The HE are steel -silver when strached I guess I will pay the extra and order from HE but the pro tubes are just a bit smaller. Maybe I will just not order from HP for blonds.

Hahaha. Marie,....what was I doing as well......scrapping off all
the paint on the Pro Tube.......yup definitely copper on
Hairpiece.
Marie can you please post the link to HE....if you don't mind.
That's interesting that there's is steel......i wish they weren't so
expensive though.
Izabella....you are so right....these suppliers confuse the heck
out of you. Mr Liu as you see is telling me he has Pro
Tubes...yes, this is ours..flare micro rings.....2 sizes...yes....and i
guarentee now that they are not. I am still waiting for him to
send me a picture of them to confirm this. Did you look at the
tubes on the Hairpiece site....seen anything like these?
Okay girls, the mission is to find the Pro Tubes
source........calling Amm!! She finds everything!!
They dont have a site . You have to fax them a copy of certifcation from other strand by strand. Then you can buy from them # 1-877-670-3021 Fax 941-925-4370. There in Florida.
Just looking around at their prices and I definately want in. Their stick hair is dirt cheap. Sherrie, keep us posted with any info you find out about it. Amm, let us know when exactly you're sending this off. I'll paypal you over the money ( I'm assuming that's how you want to do this). Yay! more hair :)
Amm, let us know when exactly you're
sending this off.
The 10th, barring any unseen emergency where I am called into
work that day.
And yes, I will want all the money up front and the exact description
of your order to give to him so anyone interested, hash out your
questions with him and get the quote and shipping cost. It can be
divided up before the order goes in. There's also the Paypal fees to
consider so plan on bumping that up to cover the percentage they'll
take from me. If this guy gets the order wrong or shorts anyone or
sends the incorrect color of something, you'll have to follow up with
him.
I plan on getting some of those seamless wefts with the tape to try.
They look interesting.
re: Dinkie Links/flared microrings. These are the same size, color,
material and same flare on the bottom as Hairlocs shells. Some say
they are not the same but I don't see any difference between them
whatsoever.
I put in a dozen or so large Dinkie Links with PH on my last install.
They held perfectly and there were no sharp edges. They were easy
to close, easy to reopen and my hair did not turn green. I mangled
one just to see the color underneath and indeed it was copper. There
was no damage to my own hair but, frankly, I only wore them for
about a month or so and don't feel that was a long enough time to
really evaluate them. They're super easy for short term wear and a
few fun color strands. I would wear them any day over extentubes
and microrings because of their ease of reopening.
Also, (and this is just my opinion on them) I would never reopen
these, move the hair strand up and then reclose them. I feel once
that copper is exposed, you're risking damage to your hair and
having it turn green.
Small Dinkie Links (or these flare rings) are another matter. They are
SO small in diameter, the hair tips have to be extremely thin. I also
had problems with reopening and they pinched down with the sharp
corner. I do not recommend them. I am returning mine to where I
got them and they are exchanging them for the larger at no charge.
Okay... just heard from Mr Liu, he does NOT have Pro Tubes.
He sent me a picture of what he said was the same product as
Pro Tubes. I sent him the Pro Tube pic earlier this week so I
was very hopefully he did have them. Definitely not the same!! it
was the same picture Izabella posted but in the same color I
sent him......haha...how on earth could he say they were the
same???
Sorry Marie~ No Go!!
Anyway,....it was worth a shot!! here is his response.....
Thanks for your inform,
I attach a picture of micro ring , please you see attachment.
available color: black, dark brown, brown , light brown, auburn,
dark blonde , blonde , light blonde, yellow, etc.
Best Regards
Xuecai Liu
