Robin Meade is always rock solid on my list of top five anchorettes on national news stations, and I know I'll not get a lot of support on this, but I think her trim this past week of several inches was too much.

Well I agree it was a bit too much but it don't look that bad.

Looks like she tooks off another few inches -- it was maybe collarbone length this morning. Looks pretty decent, but since she had it perfectly straight I'll wait to see how her other usual styles look before passing judgemnt.

Yeah, but she's lost about 8 or 9 inches in a month.  If she keeps this up, she'll look like Natalie Portman before Thanksgiving.

It could be that she wants to be taken more seriously as a reporter and felt the hair was taking away from her credibility.  It seems to me that her eye makeup has been toned down also.  Just a thought.  I don't think it looks bad at all - I just hope she stops wearing that bun!

I don't know...  I don't think it's short enough. 

I've been a fan of Robin's for a long time.  I liked her hair better when it was a bit darker and shorter.  I think her long hair was looking dry.  It used to be shiny but after a few too many highlights, I thought it was starting to look a bit blah.

I like these photos below but mostly because of the color.  I also like the way she has it cut and styled in the first one.  Much better than it is now IMO.

I like those pics also.  I never knew she had it that short before.  Let's hope she is heading to a shorter style.  Maybe she will go very short - she certainly could pull it off with those terrific cheeks and eyes!
