THE exact same thing just happened to me guys. i ordered yesterday too.i have been totally ripped off

>>>>>>>>>Hi - I just wanted to chime in on Biolustre.

I ordered it off of the website yesterday and have received no confirmation email. I only got a page right after I ordered with an order number on it. I accidently clicked away from that page before writing the number down and could not get back to it. I was trying to find out how long for shipping in their order tracker but you need that number so it was frustrating. I now have no way to track my order.

There is no email in the contact information, only a phone number. When you call it, it says all operators are busy, please leave a message, then the mailbox is full (no matter what time you call, day or night). I scoured the internet trying to find another number, and found another message board where a girl said she ordered it from the site 3 weeks ago had has received nothing yet. All her efforts to call have been the same as mine.

I just wanted to forewarn others about ordering directly from the company. I'm a little skeptical about a company you can't even reach! I hope I didn't just eat $50!!

Check with the BBB online before ordering, particularly if the warning bells are going off before sending money. If you read the report you'll see lots of complaints and they are no longer in business.

I have issues with products that claim they can take your hair back to a virgin state.  By its very nature "virgin hair" means no chemicals ever ever.

To me its comparable to sewing a womans hymen back up and calling her a virgin.

lol well its true!  If I bought "virgin" hair and found out it's been bleached and colored and permed.... but had BIOLUSTER on it therefor its "virgin" again, I would kick someone in a very tender area.

They just have very misleading info on the site "One application restores virgin hair so you can color, straighten and perm all you like".  Sure, I'll also take some magic beans to.  Bah, I hate people sometimes.

Just updating everyone - I actually received my biolustre order from the company this weekend, so I guess they are still in business, although you can't get a hold of anyone. There is an email address:  biolustre@yahoo.com if anyone is trying to reach them still.

Of course, now I'm scared to use it on my hair! Maybe I'll just sell it on ebay. . .

I don't actually have extensions, when I searched the boards for biolustre this was the only forum that talked about it. I just have overprocessed hair

umm well i too would be reluctant to use it without testing first ..perhaps you could buy some cheap hair from bueauty supply store.. or you could just try a small bit on your hair underneath and clip the rest of your hair back so it doenst come into contact. that way if anything goes wrong it will only be a small bit at the back and no1 will notice. its always better to be cautious and do a sample test first - i doubt it will do any damage if anyhting you wil have wasted your money and it will do nothing but if you  just try a wee bit of hair you dont have anything to lose.

or you could sell it on ebay
