Get 100% Boar Bristle It good for all lenths or hair. get hard. And if it too hard run it under some warm water to soften the bristles that way you only need one brush.

i dont think so cause all my brushes are different and when i brush i use 2brushes at the same time and haven't experience any negative affects from it.

now what if u use a different brush for different things? like for normal brushing or in the shower for uniform waves. meaning like name brand and bristle pattern, will that affect your wave game?

yeah, trust me. a hard brush WILL make ur waves crooked. i been workin on mine and theyre certainly straightening out. jes dont OD on the hard brush, b/c u WILL get faster results wit it. but dont let these results fool u. after awhile, theyll keep getting more and more crooked. so id have to say, if ur hair is kinda nappy, use a hard brush AND a soft brush. hard brush to get em. soft to maintain. and jes like lil webbie said, stick wit that soft brush if u have fine hair.

wat man welcome to da site homie

and If you have super thick, super curly or nappy hair you will need a very hard brush.

If you have fine or medium to fine hair, you will need to use a softer brush until your hair grows longer.
