1. BRUSH in the shower
2. BRUSH hair while damp
3. then put in  pink lotion and BRUSH even more
4. put in sportin waves and BRUSH
(hair is still a lil wet .. if not dampen it )
5. then put your durag or wave cap on.

6. follow this step twice a day and u will have 360 waves.

 

it worked for me, i will post soon so everyone can see

Are you sure you have to do that twice a day because I only do it before i go to bed every day... Do It Twice

its not a must but i you want to u can just dont put 2 much of pomade in your hair

i use a method something like that, but instead of using pomade i use carrot cream.  it still work pretty good.  i just don't like how pomade is real heavy.

Playa some cats have two or three different names here and other sites so don't waste your time. The methods may be the same but it may also be different people. So I wouldn't worry about it eather way.
