Please does anyone know where i can get this from.  I have been advised this is the best solution for severe matts?? Is this true?

Yes, there were posts about that product earlier in this year. Check Jenny's info stickie first...maybe it's in there somewhere. Otherwise you can do a search. You can order it on the internet.
