i'm planning on egtting synth extensions from boogiemama sooner or later,
and was wondering if sweating on the scalp made a big difference in how
long the heat seals last? i sweat a lot a work, wrestling with dogs and cats lol

I dont see how sweat would affect it, heat seals are melted plastic.

I don't think sweat will affect them.  I have installed heat seals on about 10 clients over this summer, and it's been HOT here, like 100 + degrees.  No one has had any problems.

I love the heat seals method.  I love the monofiber.  It's a great method and fun for me to do!

I have heat seals (by boogiemama  ,cr*p--I didn't know she was moving!  ) and I sweat duing my workouts and have had no problems b/c of it.  I've had my heat seals for over a month and lots of sweating during that time, hehe.  I hope to make these last 3 months and I can totally see that happening b/c they still look fabulous!  The only thing bad about sweating is, of course, I want to wash my hair more but I resist.  I wash every 3 days but twice I've gone 4 days but that is too long for me when I am working out/sweating.  I felt like Pig Pen from the Peanuts gang w/ the fumes around me.  ewww!

BTW, Beautytrends Herbal Hair Freshener is the best for in between shampoos.  I mist it at the roots.  Smells yummy. www.beautytrends.com

I have heat seals by Boogiemama, too.  I have really oily hair, but I've only lost one of my 25 in over a month of wear (and it only came out last night).  I don't think excess perspiration will make them come out.
