The problem with products is that they can't be "quick fixes". No product can really strengthen your hair in the long run. Have you considered your vitamin intake and proper diet? The health of your hair is a reflection of healthy eating and proper hydration. Most importantly, eat lots of fish, vegetables, nuts, meats. Taking a multivitamin like Centrum also helps keep hair in good condition.

The other thing you might want to consider is whether or not you have product buildup. Buildup of conditioner, products such as gel or mousse, or minerals in hard water might cause hair breakage by building up on the hair shaft and blocking out moisture. You could try switching to a clarifying shampoo, or consider doing a quick vinegar rinse sometime. More information on clarifying and vinegar rinses can be found here.

try a Protein treatement (sometimes called Protein Pak) Wet hair with
warm water, apply liberally to hair and wrap. Wait 5 - 10 minutes and
use as often as you want.

im 19yo asian male who has a serious issue. my hair is extremely dry and brittle....DRY & BRITTLE!!! my hair looks really messed up and it breaks off sometimes! my hair looks a lot thinner all of a sudden....

what are some types of shampoos/conditioners that can possible bring back the thickness and take away the brittleness of my hair! i want to make it look thicker and make it stronger...sorry i dont have any pictures but just imagine a typical asian guy with short hair going in all different directions with a very weak structure...

thanks
