waves are definitely killin it in my city. everybody got waves here, cuz its so hot, and theres nothin else to do but get a cut and start brushin... so even sum ppl who weren't even lookin for waves have them. so the lady's are really diggin waves here. im still acknowledged for my 360's tho, cuz dudes down here dont get the concept of brushing all around instead of just concentrating on their top.

i dont think they mainly like any particular hairstyle, and of course when you ask a bunch a of guys who have waves your gonna get a bias answer.

I notice that alot of cats have dreads in NY, NJ, and down in Florida. Dreads are real big in Florida because of the strong influence of Island people. I know there are a lot of Africans, Jamaican, and Haitians there. When I played ball at OSU, my team and roommate, Lo Green sported dreads for a minute, he was from Liberty City, Fl. If you look at many of the Florida football teams you will see dreads too.

If I didn't sport waves, I would have dreads because it shows my African pride. I wouldn't wear them for women because women are a dime a dozen, dreads would be an expression of my culture. I think pride in our African culture is what African Americans are missing. Until we figure this out, our race will keep dying and destroying each other. Think about it.

my cuz lives in a small town in okl. he was tellin me how everybody was rockin curls at his school. i only know of one dude that got dreads at my school. waves are seriously an epidemic at my school, its crazy. girls here like to rub em.

dreads a seem to look ganster and dirty but they arent dirty at all

Yo to be honest, in GA most females are  diggin NO HAIR (bald headed  bruhs) At least the ones that i know personally. I can't get a Georgia Dome yet because i love my hair too much...
