Possibly the worst thing I’ve heard...

wow..all i can say is....wow....was she crazy?? it's not very smart to just walk up to anyone, to begin with...then to spout off ignorance like that??? whew....sounds to me like she had a "few rooms for rent on the top floor"..if you catch my drift...

I'm sure this is isn't going to come out right but

This story makes me feel better.  WAIT because I was ranting and raving all over my building at school yesterday.  A guy I know and hang out with was offered to be set up with a cute girl we thought was his type.   And he said, "Umm hello, she's asian"  as though it were a disease and we should have all known better.  I've heard him make bigoted remarks about homosexuals before (which I always lecture him about) but this was new and more offensive.  So the making me feel better part is that someone else gets this worked up when people are immature, ignorant, a**holes.

As to the idea that racism is only/primarily in the south.  This was a born and bred new englander in new england.  But I'm touchy about people claiming the south is worse.  I've lived in FL, TX, NH, and RI and have found bigots everywhere.
