Who has used it?
Did you use single or double drawn or both?
What color and length?
How did it work out for you?
DId you do some crazy treatment on it?
Please rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 and relative to other HH you have used.

I know this is a lot to ask.  And we had a huge rk thread for a while.  But now that the initial buzz has worn off I'm wondering how people are liking it.

I'd like to find something nice and I'd like lenghts ranging from 14" to maybe 26" or 28".  The early talk about rk suggested it might be the way to go.  Even if I have to get super long single drawn and cut it to get the length and quality simlutaneously...

I bought 2 wefts of double drawn.

It was a medium brown which I dyed red. I don't recall the exact colour and it was 16"

It tangled a bit, but I'm wearing Bohyme now and even with the tangling I'd say it is comparable. (Not too impressed with Bohyme for the price)

All I used on it was Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine and it was fine as long as I slept with it in spongy rollers or similar.

I'd rate it a 6.5. I'd buy again, but i would try single drawn to try and combat the tangling.

4 wefts of number 4 double drawn 28".

Yes, I know hair of that length will tangle, and I was accepting of that.  However it wasnt just tangling, it MATTED so bad I could not run my fingers through it and had to brush it several times a day.

In all honesty, it was little better then BSS hair.

I've bought both: double drawn in 24" and 20", and single remy in 20", both in colors 1b, 2 and 4 and both straight. I've had really good luck with the double drawn and like it the best. It's soft and shiny and not tangly, at least for me. The wefts do need crazy glue reinforcement to prevent shedding.

hi mocha -

i've so far worn the double drawn bodywave/precurly in colors 12 and 27 and lengths 24" and 26" which i trimmed a bit. two wefts were machine, and the others were hand sewn. the first batch was good, much better than bss hair. i added a bit more and this batch is making me a little nutz. it only really looks good wet. the ends do that frizzly thing that is difficult to work with - hard to curl, hard to comb or brush. i usually just end up rewetting it and not touching it till it dries. i haven't worn other HH other than BSS hair. this is much better than that but still....lots of olive oil helps keep it slightly tame but weighs it down quickly.

Mocha, I bought 5oz or so of the single drawn natural from amm. And it was very pretty, and some of it felt exceptional even, just on the weft prior to install. I didn't process it much at all - 10 vol to lift 1-3 levels and henna on top, lots of conditioner and jojoba oil, plus they all were trimmed 1-5 inches. But if I don't flat Iron the hell out of it, I can't wear it loose :( It's only been in a week. Looks pretty, but does tangle. This is just relative to fina's hair, which I know you've worn. I've been keeping it in a pony. For what it's worth, I have bonded wefts in, which for no discernible reason seem to be the method of choice with people reporting the most problems, and I wore the fina with shrinkies. (That hair, for me, did tangle consistently around the ends, but a bit of brushing and some good styling dealt with that. No matting or anything that discouraged me from wearing it loose and it looked great. Took it down after 6 weeks only because of mad slippage - I have super slippery fine, oily hair. I kept it too. Trimming and conditioning made it look good as new. May reinstall later)

These are the only human hairs I have used so far. I do have an Asian pony I am pretipping now and plan to install to replace the RK within the next few weeks; I need to come up with a good system to do shrinkies on the back of my own head, first - had a friend help last time but he moved. An as far as the Asian hair goes, I know this is generally considered bottom of the rung for human hair but I have high hopes for it. It's a virgin, single person pony that is very long, thick, and straight, and soft. I've heard some unfavourable comparisons to "horse hair" but I think that is why I've always admired it. It looks like a silk curtain. Wish I could grow hair like that, lol. Even though the strand diameter is not as fine as my own I think overall it is a better texture match than the Indian hair as it's naturally bone straight, so the only stying I'll have to do on a day to day basis is maybe taking an iron to the very ends of my hair, because of the layering they tend to flip a little. I've wanted to post pics of the last couple installs but I can't find the cord for my camera. I'll dig around a little more.

That was a bit of a run-on. I've had rather a lot of coffee

Mocha, I found my camera cord. Excuse the low pic res, (and my almost booty) my camera is fairly cheap. The first two pics are fina's hair, the second is single drawn Rk after I've trimmed it several times; the longest layer had been to the narrowest part of my waist but it's been though several trims. I took another couple inches off this morning after I posted and it's more manageable now. Still a bit scraggly at the ends though. The little pale foof sticking right out in the middle is just because of the breeze. This is just air dried and a bit of oil worked though it to show it's natural state.

Good luck with whatever you get. I'm planning my Halloween hair now . Should be fun!

Well I was a hater at frist but after useing the olive oil my hair became wonderfull! I was very surprised. I had #4 doulble draw 20 inch and did cut of about 4 inches of it. It was better than bohyme and was still beautifull 2 and 1/2 months later when I took it out. I have some bilouster I am going to try on my blond RK weft and see if that dose well!
