I've been strictly vegetarian for about 8 years, you should be fine as
long as you make sure to get enough protein still. And I agree on
the B vitamins, very very important in a vegetarian diet. Lack of
zinc could cause hair loss too, so you could always buy some vitamins
specifically for hair- it'll have the b vitamins, zinc, and everything
else you could be unintentionally missing from the exclusion of meat.
