5-6 months. thas about the same amount of time as me. u jes gotta keep workin on it. brush more probably. and use some products that will make ur hair healthy, managable, and give your hair a healthy shine such as carrot cream.

jes keep up the work, it takes some longer than others to get to the point they want to be. but if you want want to get there, you have to brush MORE.

some people brush to the side like my cousin, but he trying to get a unique wave patteren. I say brush the way that is shown in the picture.

i just started, about 3 weeks and i noticed da s-curl n da top but not on da sides. After looking at da chart i realized i was brushin my sides da wrong way.

his method is basically to cake your hair with a lot of pomade and brush alot, and tie your du-rag down as tight as possible with out discomfort.
