I wonder what type of foods make hair grow fast. I know rice makes it grow fast but what else. And what is the protein vitaimn makes it go a b c d ......

I don`t really understand the second part of your question. But it has been my experience that if you drink lots of water, eat foods with protein, such as fish, nuts etc., and take vitamins, you should begin to see some growth.

Well foods rich in Biotin will defintly hepl. Biotin is a B vitamin I believe.

mollasses
soy
wheat bran
oats
peanuts
eggs
lentils
veggies

You might also want to try some hair supplements....

Protein Rich foods grow your hair faster than any ohter food on earth. Because of the simple fact all of the hair on your head is old protein that your body has used and then later pushed. Most slow growth problems especially african americans result from poor low protein diets. Since our scalp cortex it approximatly twice that of other races, we need twice as much proteins and amino acids to see rapid growth, and less breakage, as other races do. Years ago I found I was protein deffcient, only getting about 10 grams of protein each day. Needless to say I had short, thin, damaged hair, and became anemic, with cronic headaches. Now I take vitamin suppluments, and get about 90 grams of protein a day, and my hair is healthy beyond belief. It is thick, grows faster, and does not break off. I have obtained hair health that I thoght would be impossible to have. Give Protein a shot, the more you intake, the more has to leave your body though the scalp. But be careful not to get more than 1 gram of protein per pound of your body, too much of anything can have side effects.

GREAT ADVICE  sharidamoore, I PLAN TO TAKE MORE PROTEIN IN A WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE AND ALSO TAKE MORE AMINO ACIDS THROUGH TAKING TWIN LAB AMINO FUEL AND SEE HOW MUCH GROWTH I GET

hey sharidamoore what type of protein are u taking and also what vitamin. Have u experience faster hair growth.
