also from what i have read from the internet that sea kelp gives fast grew but the increase in growth stop shortly after. i will be giving this chance and see what happen from there and report back

you can try  a good b complex and amino acids. i am now taking nature made super b complex alot of girl from lchf says this is a really good b complex and that their hair grew fast with it. i have been taking it for about 3 weeks now and my new growth is more softer, i am also taking purtian pride amino acids but next month i wil be taking twinlab amino fuel, a liquid amino acids complex. i read that it stimulate hair growth fast.  maybe you can try this too with me

im sure there are a few topics about this. if you do a search you'll find them. the ones i know are biotin, msm and silica (horsetail)
