Hi. I have a question about prenate vitamins and have never used them. I have very long hair and it`s always been healthy, except these past couple months. My hair seems to have a lot of breakage and hairloss. :(

I want to know if these vitamins would help my problem any? Also. are they safe to use? How do they help with hair. I see a lot of people on the board who use them.

This is a common misconception: prenatal vitamins do NOT make your hair grow faster anymore than taking regular vitamins would. The hormonal changes during pregnancy sometimes make a woman`s hair grow faster. It has nothing to do with taking vitamins, which are simply taken to ensure a healthy mother and child.
