Peruvian hair arrived! PIX

You said it...A lot of hair and a lot of curl!!!

 

no I had negotiated them down to letting me buy 1/2 kilo. But then after Miss Essence posted her purty Peruvian pix , i said "gimme the whole 'key' ". lol.

I ordered natural brown, but u see there's some red (almost #33) colors in there too.

yeah she sent me a pix fo the hair before she mailed it. (Before process and after process pix). The BEFORE hair was all  #33'ish color. but AFTER pix was colored to black. Looks like she forgot to color some bundles. But it's ok. I'll be  a red haired girl again before i know it. I used to wear # 6, 8 and 10 til about 2 years ago.. then i went cold turkey 1b. I'll be swinging back to light colors soon..

yeah Gina, it really looks like a lot to me. But i think that's because she put  1 weft in each clipped bundle, so appears to be a lot. It is truly 1 kilo. Actually weighs a lil less , but that might have been on my part... I'll chk later. And i've ordered 3-4 kilos from IH before and it never looked like a table full of hair before. But the individual bundle sets makes it look like a pile! I love it tho!

She's getting the same old BS. Yesterday the "sister" wrote and said that Maria was sick and that she would not be back until friday. How do they know when she is going to be cured?  The hair never shipped and they promised to do it on the 28th.  This girl had waited more than 3 months now.  I don't know why they are giving her such a hassle!.

GOD I want some of that hair!  But I wear the same length as my friend does 24. So I am too scared to order. Because she lost a lot of money.  Maybe she'll get the hair, but they are definitely pulling crap. I have read all the emails and instead of being straight shooters and saying, "we can't find your hair in your length it will be a long time before we ship", they have told a lot of fibs.  They have told her they sent the hair on 2 occasions already. Said they got the hair returned, but when she said well send that hair back, they said it was the wrong length? They are always telling her their email is having problems when they are answering other peoples emails, ignored her emails for weeks, and the lady has gotten sick already a few times too.

I thought the hair was definitely wefted different then RealHair. Im stressing out because I want to get some backup hair sense NatureGirl is out of commision, Bliss hair says they never get deep curl in my length and real hair says they are out of really curly in 24 too.

Yes I was SOOO disappointed with the small order of Bliss I placed. It was SOO not curly! It was like a weak wave. Actually, the hair had nits too. It was pretty hair, but it was really straightish and I made it very clear that I needed deep curl.  They said they couldnt get it in 24 anymore in deep curl. boohoo After my friend gets hers, I think I'll make my order and just not hope for it to get to me super quickly.

Hey Koffee... Glad to see u got ur hair. Its beautiful    I have not flat ironed mine as I am WAY too lazy for that. If I was gonna do all that work I would just "wear" my real hair

But I dont see why you wouldnt be able to flat iron. The hair can get LARGE so be sure not to put too much in. And also MAKE SURE u reinforce the wefts if u cut them b/c they will shed... Their wefting is a lil different than any Ive seen. I actually love it b/c its very thin (like zig zag) but not quite as delicate as zig/zag... But again u still have to reinforce... Any luck on finding that vinyl glue for reinforcing... I am gonna try and stop by home depot today or tomorrow to see whats what..

So far I have just been washing w/CON (green label). Using John Frieda smooth control cond and then airdrying... Using either Garnier spray gel or Fantasia frizz serum for after care..
