Excuse the stupid subject name. Why is soap bad 4 your hair. My pops said people jus say it to get u 2 buy shampoo. My dad got waves and he uses soap 2 wash his hair!

that's cause it's all about the brushin not the shampoo or soap. certain types of shampoo helps keep your hair healthy. it is an ongoing discussion on whether brushing makes you bald or not. i would say if you want to use soap to wash your hair, go ahead. make sure you moisturize your hair. i'm not new to the wave game but what i learned from this site is how to take care of my hair, keep it healthy.

brushing gives you waves whether your hair is healthy or not.

When you use soap it does the same thing to your hair as it does to your hands.DRY IT OUT soap isnt ment for you hair that why the made Shampoo.

that is why i said if you use soap, you should make sure you moisturize you hair. there are some shampoos that dry your hair out like soap.

there right, soap can dry u out so if u use soap or not u have to moisterize ya hair to keep it healthy and strong , shampoo is better to me because some are made to strenghten ya hair and keep it healthy
